Another amazing addition to the Morganville Vampire series! I am completely and utterly hooked! The characters get under your skin, the twists take you to new heights, the plots get better and better. There is just no turning back for Claire Danvers as she outsmarts her way through the dangers and evils in the vampire infested town of Morganville.
This time she must find a way to save the man she loves, Shane Collins. He's become distant and unsure of himself. Claire has no other option but to follow his trail and find out what he's been up to. His actions are questionable, his secrecy unable to avoid any longer. Saving Shane from the fall out he's up against is a challenge, even for Claire. She must take notice to all of her surroundings and the death of a classmate has her running right smack into a greater evil, one that was thought to be in prison.
I loved this book so much... I didn't think that any one book could be any better than the last when it comes to 10 or more books in a series, but man I was wrong. It was exciting to get inside the head of another character and get to know him through his feelings and actions. I was also stunned to see multiple sides of him as well. It's so great! Now I don't know who I love more Shane or Michael. There's no turning back for me, I'm hooked and have already pre-ordered the 15th book in this amazing, addicting series coming out November 5th, 2013 - Daylighters: The Morganville Vampires.
