Review | Kiss of Death (The Morganville Vampires, Book 8) by Rachel Caine

Blurb

A new chapter in the New York Times bestselling Morganville Vampires saga.

Vampire musician Michael Glass has attracted the attention of a big- time producer who wants to cut a demo and play some gigs-which means Michael will have to enter the human world. For this, he's been assigned escorts that include both a dangerous immortal as well as Michael's all-too-human friends. And with that mix of personalities, this is going to be a road trip from hell...

 Review

Seriously by the time you reach the 8th book in a series, you'd think the whole story would be getting old right?  Again I cannot stress this enough, this series is completely different.  One book after the next I must have each book in my hands.  The cliff hangers leave you wanting more!  The characters are written so well, you can't get enough.  With Michael and his sexiness, Claire and her quirky heroism, Shane with his banter with Eve every time they turn around.  Each book is a new story, with new twists and multiple turns.

I never imagined Amelie would ever allow Michael, Claire, Eve and Shane out of town.  Even with Oliver as a chaperone it's a road trip to remember for this group of friends.  Trouble is not always what it seams.  The group finds themselves in the mists of chaos.  Fighting an evil they have never seen before.

Once you start The Morganville Vampires Series, there is no turning back.  Till next week...
