Picks up where Part II leaves off... Luca doesn't know what to think anymore. His heart is on the line now more than ever before. After finding out Ankh's true nature he's terrified yet he can't just leave her. Not now, when she needs him the most. Torn between doing the right thing and running, Luca has a choice to make and he must make it quickly.
Ankh's driven away the only one she's ever cared for, the emptiness is too much, her body weakening by the day.
