She calmed a bit. She seemed to sense I was near. Then…she whispered, “Mr. Sexy? Are you here?”
My heart almost stopped. How….there was no way she would be able to detect my presence. She was human and humans couldn’t observe us.
“I may be crazy and just talking to myself, but I feel like you just touched my face.”
My heart did stop this time. I slowly reached out and touched her face again, my thumb tracing circles around her chin. She gasped and reached her hand to mine. She was touching her face, but at the same time I could feel her.

The White Aura by Felicia Tatum is book 1 in The White Aura Series and it’s a fantastic book. I knew right away when I read the blurb that I was going to love and enjoy reading it. It has an awesome story line with great characters. It really had my attention from the beginning.
Olivia Whitehead is a seventeen year old high school girl. She is a normal teenager who loves to have fun and hanging out with her best friend Juniper. Life is going great! Olivia has a secret that even her best friend Juniper doesn’t know about. Just recently she has been having these dreams of this handsome young man who she hasn’t ever seen before. She doesn’t know his name so she calls him Mr. Sexy. Olivia is not sure if this young man is for real or not but they have some kind of connection and attraction for each other. Will Olivia ever find out and meet who this Mr. Sexy is?
Mr. Sexy is a twenty year old young man. He has special abilities and is the guy in Olivia’s dreams. The first time that he saw her in person, he knew that he wanted her and that she is the one but due to something that happened in his family’s past he is not able to meet her yet so he visits Olivia in her dreams. What could it be that is keeping them from meeting each other?
This is where Olivia’s and Mr. Sexy’s journey begins and they will go through a lot together. Through out their journey, Olivia will find out a lot of things about herself, what is happening to her and who Mr. Sexy is. Something happens to Olivia and her friends, will Mr. Sexy be able to save them in time?
Throughout the book, I felt Olivia’s emotions of what is going on in her life, the changes that she sees in herself and also I felt the feelings that Mr. Sexy has for her.
Felicia Tatum has done a wonderful job writing The White Aura. It is a must read and I definitely recommend my friends to check this book out. I am now reading The Vessel, book two in The White Aura Series and it is an awesome book too.

“Crap. Mom is gonna be so pissed,” she muttered, her hand squeezing her temple.
Leaning down, I placed my hand on the tree, allowing my fingers to trail over the splintered wood. There was a dent where the bark had broken off. A very noticeable dent. I caressed the tree, mumbling how sorry I was to it when I heard J behind me, “Ummm….”
I turned quickly, wondering what in the heck had happened now. “What is it, J?”
“The tree…it’s…it’s growing back where you touch it, Liv,” she said, astonished.
“What?” I gave her a look that clearly showed how crazy I thought she was, but then, I looked back at the pine. Peering closer, I could see the dent wasn’t as large. My shaking hand lovingly rested on the top of the dent. I closed my eyes and thought only of restoring the tree back to its full self. I felt energy running through my body, a tingly sensation that warmed me to my core. Heat radiated out my palm, pouring life back into the tree. I don’t know how I knew when it was whole, but I did. It was like the energy sensed it and just stopped. I drew my hand back, feeling a little weak.

The Vessel by Felicia Tatum is book 2 in The White Aura Series. The story line continues where book 1, The White Aura, ended. It is fantastic and just like the first book it had my attention right away.
Something has happened to Olivia Whitehead. She has been missing for a few months. She is nowhere to be found. Mr. Sexy, the young man from her dreams, his grandmother and sister are doing all they can to find her. Will they be able to find Olivia in time? They have been researching and looking through books to find out any information that might help them find her. In one of the books, his grandmother finds something about The Vessel. What is the Vessel?
Olivia and her friends, Juniper and Mark, went through a traumatic event the night before she went missing. That horrible night is when she found out that Aiden was not the person that she thought he was and that he is an evil person. She ends up wounding Aiden badly and he disappears. With all the chaos that was going on, Mr. Sexy shows up to help them and that is when she meets him for the first time. She found a lot of things that she didn’t know before. That night changed everything for everyone that was involved.
Olivia finds herself in a room somewhere when she wakes up. She has no idea where her captor has taken her. One day she gains a roommate in the room that she is in. Olivia goes to see who the person is in the other bed and is very surprised to see who it is. Who could the mystery person be? Olivia has to figure out a way to get in touch with Mr. Sexy and how to get her and the mystery person out of their prison.
As I was reading, I can feel the emotions of both Olivia and Mr. Sexy. They are going through a lot and they are lost not being with each other.
Felicia Tatum has done it again. The Vessel is a must read just like book 1, The White Aura. I am really looking forward to reading book 3 in the series. I definitely recommend my friends to read both books.

Felicia Tatum was born and raised in Tennessee. She always loved reading, and at the age of twelve began writing. Her passion for creating stories grew and in May 2012, she finally wrote her first novel, The White Aura.
She still lives in Tennessee with her daughter and her kitty. She loves cooking and books. Animals are some of her best friends. She watches a lot of Disney channel and often dreams up new book ideas. She's currently working on various other projects.
