Can a full-time single dad of three adorable girls ever hope to love again? Can he ever hope to sleep late again?
Mack is our adorable dad. When his ex-wife dumped him and the girls and moved far away, he was left on his own to raise his three daughters Millie, Felicity, and Winnie. He loves them more than life even if he is going out of his mind while trying to keep them healthy and safe. All three are precocious and very opinionated. They do not hold back and let him know what they are thinking. With a swear jar that keeps growing, he does the best he can even if he still does not know how to cook anything tasty.
Frannie is the daughter of Mack's boss. She is the object of his late night fantasies. Even though Frannie is the sweetest woman and most beautiful he has ever met, he cannot make himself approach her for a date. He keeps second-guessing himself because he is ten years older, he has the three girls, etc. Mack feels he has nothing to offer Frannie other than all his baggage.
Frannie, on the other hand, cannot stop daydreaming about Mack. She will do anything to be around him and the girls. She is always there to help when he needs her. She babysits for him two days a week and she would do more if he would let her.
This is a feel good, lovely, fractured fairy tale. Never did happily ever after envision this much happiness with three young children playing fairy godmothers!
