Gareth and Sloan have barely survived the ruthless attack on them. Almost losing Gareth makes Sloan realize she is all in with him. Their lives have changed in one night. Now the hard work begins as they have to decide how to deal with Sloan's ex and his mother. Also, how to introduce Gareth to Sophia? What will her reaction be?
There is so much going on in this last book about the Harris Family and Gareth. If you come from a large family, you know just how complicated things can be when you get together and there are undercurrents affecting relationships. In this case, it is the anger Gareth feels toward his father. It has been twenty-five years since his father checked out of paternal leader to mourn his wife. The children are now grownups and have a life of their own, yet they carry the burden of not having experienced the love and support of their father as they grew up. Now is the time for all these feelings to come out and resolve all issues.
I love these characters! They are so real in their interactions. The emotions spring from these pages and they make the reader feel they are part of the Harris bunch. I absolutely recommend this entire series to all of you romantics. You will not regret it!
