Brooke was only looking to relax and get a tan. Her best friend Nicole
had given her a ticket to a cruise to Mexico for her Birthday and they
were both going to spend quality time together. Little did they know
they would bump into Easton and Avery changing their lives.
What appears to be a friendship in the works is a roaring fire of emotions under the surface. Easton is a player. After the debacle of his first marriage, all he wants is to be a good father to his daughter and continue messing around with chicks discreetly. Brooke just blows his mind. She is sweet and lovable. Every time Easton sees her, he knows deep down this is the woman to spend forever with.
Our author weaves a delightful story of their experiences during this cruise. Throw in that their best friends (Nicole and Avery) have fallen head over heels for each other, and the result is musical beds and sticky situations.
Not everything is a fairy tale. The story deals with serious matters as the reality of coming back to everyday routines, health issues and work have to be dealt with. All this while our characters attempt a long distance relationship. Grief, life obstacles and mortality, deal our couples a dose of reality that will make us all rethink and solidify our sense of values.

Kimberly Knight has just moved from the Bay Area in California to the mountains near a lake with her loving husband and spoiled cat, Precious. In her spare time, she enjoys watching her favorite reality TV shows, playing co-ed slow pitch softball in a few local leagues,rooting for her SF Giants and San Jose Sharks and playing computer games like World of Warcraft with Audrey Harte and online poker.
