Review

I enjoyed Residue for all the things I love to see in a good book, paranormal, young adult, amazing characters, and mystery. This book lured me in from the beginning, learning about Jocelyn and her background as a witch. I fell into her shoes and world easily.

The dangers that await Jocelyn Weatherford as she falls for a handsome Caldwell is unspeakable. The two families have been feuding for centuries and to cross that line is quite dangerous. Jocelyn was quite a character, strong and with spunk to her natural character. Jameson is a hottie with a protective side, especially when it comes to Jocelyn.

I was so wrapped up in the romance between the two that the family feud between families fell into the background. Will the feud continue or will their love out stand the test of time and ages? What lies ahead for Jocelyn and Jameson? All I can say is... I can not wait to find out!

I can see Laury's developing this series into so much more. So glad that I do not have to wait to get my hands on Birthright and can continue with the sequel to this series soon. I will also be picking up her Guardian Trilogy - I loved this book! Would I recommend this book? Yes!
